The Quality Payment Program: Guidance for Small and Rural Practice Physicians

June 20, 2017 12:15 PM - June 20, 2017 01:15 PM

The Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 (MACRA) created the Quality Payment Program that will change the way Medicare pays more than 600,000 clinicians. Though the Quality Payment Program affects California family physicians in many different practice settings and geographies, the California Academy of Family Physicians (CAFP) recognizes that California’s solo, small and rural practice family physicians have particular needs when it comes to preparing for the Quality Payment Program. Join us, health care policy and reform expert, Leah Newkirk JD, and Health Services Advisory Group representative, David Mittra, on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 from 12:15 to 1:15pm to learn about CAFP's guidance for small and rural practice family physicians!
